our mental health fluctuates every moment of every day. You have the power to be your best friend, or your worst enemy.
negative thinking, worries + paranoia can lead to stress, anxiety, poor body image & thoughts that you aren't good enough. 
herE's the challenge: show your mind and/or body some love & appreciation every day
  • Do one nice thing for yourself each day

  • The act can be for your mind or your body, or both

  • It doesn't have to be huge, it can take 30 seconds or it can take all day

  • It can be the same thing each day or it can be something new

  • If you forget, who cares, start again tomorrow


  1. Take a pic of that nice thing on your first day

  2. Tag #allaboardthechachitrain

  3. Tag @chachipowerproject

  4. Tag someone you think might want to come along for the ride

  • This isn’t a reward because you have been good all day/week

  • This is one small way to remind yourself that you are connected to your body, you are listening to it, you want the best for it and you respect it because it helps you live each and every day

  • There are no hard and fast rules and there are no wrong answers


  • Nourish your body with food it responds to

  • Nourish your mind with food that makes you happy

  • Do some meditation

  • Have a stretch

  • Moisturise

  • Say something nice to yourself in the mirror

  • Dance round the living room

  • Have an endorphin rush by giving someone a hug

  • Do some yoga

  • Go for a run

  • Snooze the alarm

  • Sing in the shower

  • Go to bed an hour earlier

  • Drink more water
